Since I first started going to classes in 2009, I found Kundalini Yoga a very powerful practice to help bring me home to my heart, my inner strength and guidance. I also struggled with back pain and it helped me to free up my breathing and spine. Through these practices I felt my vitality coming back, my sense of aliveness and centredness.
In 2012 I did my Teacher Training with Amrit Nam Sarovar. This training really took me to my edges and beyond, this is were we reap what we sow, where we know ourselves deeper. When we can feel our resistences, our uncomfortable places and we can gather all of ourselves to say yes to meeting them fully.
