Sound is a powerful way to bring us into a deep state of being were we can access visions, insights, rejuvenation, healing and guidance. The vibration can be a very natural way to shift energies if we are feeling stuck. We can begin with intention setting and weave in any prayers that may need to come. The songs I share come from my deepest peace and it is such an honor to share them in this intimate, focused way.
