A journey weaving healing arts practices of movement, yoga, song, vocal exercises and sounding to release held tension in our bodies. Cleansing breath work, softening and strengthening practices and a space to feel our emotions allowing them to move, listening to their wisdom and guidance.

 

We will be sharing songs together, working with drums, vocal toning & explorations, improvisation taking us to new and ancient places together. This retreat is aimed at supporting you to share your voice connecting to its subtle, powerful, creative beauty.

When women gather magic happens. When we sing and drum our power centers are ignited & we realign with our hearts. We conger the energy needed to birth our dreams, supporting and holding one another as we do so. We come together to remember, as we walk each other home…
